Its a girl!

We just went to get our ultra sound and found out that we are going to have a girl!!

She should pop in around July 23, and stay with us for about the next 18 years or so, so yeah.....

Slowing down/NuClimbing

Hey guys, I know we haven't been posting a ton lately. We are a little more boring now that we are trying to hatch a kid. Poor Alisa has been sleeping roughly 14 hours a day. But She is showing a little bit and is cuter and sweeter than ever! In all honesty she has been twice as sweet than usually and every thing is great! She is going to be an amazing mom.

On a side note I have been revamping my guide book climbing site. I've got it updated with a Wordpress blog/site and I customized it.

Scott and I have been doing some crazy training for climbing and I'm going to devote a part of the site to training for climbing. I haven't put any of it up yet, but I'll post the workouts soon.
